We aim to get your Nuavell order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders below $50 will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through our courier's website.
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
